Mama Zaza’s currently delivers within Nairobi only.

Delivery Zones & Fees:
We offer flat rate or zone-based fees depending on your location. Fees are calculated at checkout before payment.

Delivery Timeframes:
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM and next-day delivery for orders placed after 12 PM. Deliveries are made between 10 AM – 6 PM.

Order Processing:
All cookies are baked fresh. Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed.

Delivery Partners:
We use trusted third-party delivery partners. While we aim for timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays once the order is with the courier.

Delivery Issues:
