Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if your order is:

• Damaged during delivery

• Incorrect

• Spoiled or not up to expected quality

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with photos and your order number, at info@mamazazas.com. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Delayed delivery due to uncontrollable factors

• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
